This LiveDocs is suppposed to give supplementary information accompanying Strauch et al. Opt. Express (2024), accepted for publication.

Notebooks

The notebook FTSH_SamplingRequirements.ipynb illustrates the sampling requirements, i.e. analyzes the overlap of holograms, assuming different EUV spectra. The notebook simulation_few-shot_FTSH.ipynb demonstrates the used reconstruction routine on simulated diffraction patterns assuming four wavelengths and 4 delay steps.

It requires the regpy library (https://github.com/regpy/regpy for documentation see https://num.math.uni-goettingen.de/regpy/index.html) from the Institute for Numerical and Applied Mathematics Göttingen, included in the “libs” folder, to which the used operators are added in the file “libs/regpy-release/regpy/operators/srfty.py”. The “libs” folder also includes a file containing utility functions.
